This isn’t a story rather an advertisement about a sports supplement. Let’s talk Protein. Everyone thinks they know the basics about protein and sports supplementation but as an expert Physical Fitness Guru, I tell you 80% don’t know squat. My belt is 99% protein but only 0.003% digestible making it useless as nutrition. But athletes and trainers everywhere think a man 240 lbs. has to weigh out 240 gm of high protein foods to eat throughout the day and never bother to do the math. Find out how digestible a food source high in protein is like red meat. So, if a 240 gm steak is eaten and red meat is only 60% digestible you multiply 0.60 x 240 and the sum equals exactly how much protein you are getting. If you want to know the secret of protein in bodybuilding it’s 10 egg whites and 2 yolks before and after you sleep every day. Imagine your body ingesting a carton of eggs every morning and before bed every day. You’d think it’s hard on the body but it’s actually the secret to gaining lean mass. I have an idea for a protein supplement the first of its kind to ever hit the sports industry and it’s so perfect even the elderly will be advised by their doctors to buy it. P.W.W.S. Protein Powder is highly digestible, high in protein and has miracle results for a handful of ailments and I’m looking for a CFO and manufacturer who has the initiative to jump on a great idea right away and work at keeping the supplement exclusive to our company only. If anyone out there has the interest I’ll submit a mock example of a metric ton of the first substance and the second is still under examination. If you can figure out what the P.W.W.S. stands for I’ll bother you know more. But I’ll even give you a hint. Arnold gave me the idea when I watched Pumping Iron in my day’s bodybuilding. Good Luck!
